Try slamming your right stick to the side, and see if it takes a moment for your gun to start moving. If you aren't sure, put in CoD Black Ops (don't know about other CoD games, don't own them) and do the same thing. I know CoD responds instantly....

Never played KZ2 before, so I can't say anything there. I didn't notice it much the day phase 1 of Precursor launched, though aiming felt a little funny and very slow. Now that it is finished, I'm noticing it being quite severe.
