Basically your stats say tanking ftw. Good job on that. Remove vehicle/kill assists and you'd actually have a decent support stat which doesn't blatantly favor vehicle use.

Best cheap if I've found is 2*18% res modules, free booster, 2* power diagnostics, 2*missile 1 large railgun. Deals with almost everything for less than 200k. 18% res modules are the only non militia items.

You get free LAVs which don't require SP outlay. I have been using lots of militia vehicles of every type. I think the good LAV's are seriously underrated. They're can take a swarm hit or 2 which can really help. I lose my 88k suit far too often b...
