Actually they are making them better for hunting everything else then other scout suits. You get ridiculous scan range and on top of that you even receive profile dampening. Basically the caldari scout will become like the old gallente scout in it...

I think its stupid that the caldari scout recieves a dampening bonus. Damps+range is what made the gallente scout broken in the first place. Sure they couldnt prey on other scouts but on every 1 else they could.
