This reminds me of the Caldari getting their ass kicked in FW by the Gallente.
Only the referee in the world cup wouldn't allow Argentina to score because they are getting too far behind to make things "fair"
Moral of the Story, CCP would make terrible referees.

Spare me this dribble.

^ This was amazing.
Sigh...I was just being reactionary. I've dealt with enough of the "oh he didn't get hurt" myself. If you want to know a tough mofo Schweinsteiger got wrecked over and over today, and he even got punched in the face. By wrecked, I mean shoulder-charged at full speed. And he took it like a goddamn champ.
I know all about BS diving. That dirty dutch bastard Robben stole Mexico's advance and admitted to it
Honestly we could have a discussion on how exploiting unbalanced equipment, abusing broken mechanics, and using dirty tactics in are not cheap or anything, but merely a winning strategy. But what would Dust players know about any of that?

'Cause they don't do this **** in Basketball.
The game was actually quite good, there were a few dives here and there, but very few were actually rewarded free kicks for them, and of course there were some genuinely bad injuries and tackles.
You idiots probably didn't even watch the match.
Close great game, and Germany deserved the win.

This is a prime example of not knowing what you're talking about.
When basketball players "flop", they are taking a charging foul. When someone is running at you trying to score and you are in the way of his jumping path, you can either be a super duper tough guy, brace, and knock him down (completely possible), or you can let him ram you so you fall, which is against the rules, and get your team the ball. Oh yeah and it totally doesn't hurt at all, either. It feels like a knee giving a warm hug to your nose and teeth.
Sometimes you have to suck up your pride. Would you rather have "honor" or would you rather win the game?

Honor, though I know that's not the popular opinion these days.
I would rather lose and keep my honor than win by cheating.

Yes they do it in soccer too but to say your country doesn't is a lie and everyone here knows it. Every NBA team flops don't deny it cuz I watch basketball so there's no point in saying I'm wrong. A charge is understandable but you know that's not what I was talking about.

Congrats on having honor, though. Pat yourself on the back. High five!
In a video game...nothing really matters. "Honorable" actually means self-limiting.
In real life, I am 100% sure that whatever sense of "honor" you have, it is purely self-serving.
Think about it.

I didn't even understand the first part of your post.
And I didn't say my country doesn't dive...Mexico dives all the time and it bothers me too. If you had watched the Mexico game against the Netherlands (which is another one of my fav teams, btw), the last goal was scored on a penalty kick after Robben, a forward on Ned, fell over like an idiot. Guess what, Ned still won even without "honor". Germany tried for a few dives today and still won on a legitimate goal. Besides they were out-playing them the whole game.
But if you're in the box...and the enemy defense is getting pretty physical...and you're almost out of time...
NO
I am a good person. Yeah we lost the game but at least I have my honor

You're acting as though cheating or unfair play is a problem exclusive to football.
It happens in every sport, and if you're refusing to watch football for the sole reason that a few players dive, then you'd have to exclude yourself from almost every other sport.

The Germans had some pretty hard offensive and seemed to be taking it lightly in the first half(some guys were just passing carelessly), all in all it was an intense gaming. Many bruises, fouls and off sides were committed by both sides. But them Germans weren't letting Argentina into their side for the majority of the game. Good Game

The one thing that has me puzzled is why, in all hell, don't referees in many sports make use of the dozens of 4k120fps cameras watching the players' every steps. Like, literally everyone but the referees and the players themselves can confirm, within seconds, when a foul was faked or missed and someone made the wrong call. It seems whole sports associations see no problem with that.
Why are the ones making the decisions not given the best available tools in which to inform their decision? Hand them a damn iPad and give them full access to all video streams.
