I like this proposal.. One variant, less missiles/dmg better lock range, short lock on time = anti ADS Second variant. more missiles/dmg less range, longer lock on time = anti HAV Having the same AV for both really screws over both classes

In public gamemodes, one damp is usually enough yes.. But that all depends on the squad you are facing and if Gallogi is active 2 damps or even 3 are what's needed. A scanned Scout is a dead Scout, unless your are in an easy match
