I too would like base damage decreased by 10% and small increase in strafe speed. That will compensate for the aim assist, improved hit detection, and strafing being less effective. The time to kill people is too low in this build.

Minmitar Scouts all look prototype. All non-AUR sentinels look the same now. Quafe suits are ruined. The active defense/repair module effect lasts forever and there's a weird box in front of Assault Dropships when used.
