I have yet to discover the Mass scrambler driver. It can charge and fire grenades at high distances with a tiny arc. It also does +20% to shields and +30% damage to armor.

I just speced into the Scout LAV on a test acc, It has the SAME speed as a militia LAV. Its has the same stats as a militia LAV, but with a much higher price tag. A standard LAV is an upgrade to a scout LAV and its cheaper.

The recruit equiptment should never be worse than their militia counterparts. Recruit SMGs definitely needs to be at least as good as a militia SMG or slightly better (+0.5dmg more than militia).
