Fyi, its more of an instant unlock than a download and you assign the items per character the same way you'd assign reward items, I spent about 2 minutes wondering why there wasn't even a quick download.

Iv also played with loads of military and x military who laugh at the name. Next time you hear of a missile propelled grenade launcher or javelin rocket launcher, be sure to let me know lol.

I recall a dev stating that it would be more of a strain on the ps3 than you'd think, loading up all those different logos each match. This was a good while back though and it would be great, hopefully dust is optimised enough now for such a thing.
