Haven't had this problem. But for me, certain suits can't 'restock to' at all! Pretty annoying. I've got 87 Peacekeeper Cal Assaults and I get the message "Unable to restock because the dropsuit is not found on the market"

How about any time you are in your own redline, the game treats you as AFK, regardless of whether you are moving or not. This would also solve the problem of AFK'ers. Anyone sitting in the redline would eventually be removed from battle.
