I think we could have much more customization when it comes to armor plating if we have a little bit of choice between plates. I've got a couple suggestions/examples nanofibre - super light plating that adds a small amount of armor hp for little ...

I don't even think the Tac rifle should be in the game. Hybrid blasters (what the AR is) are high dps close range weapons, and having a long range version of that is a little odd. lets just ask CCP nicely for a Caldari infantry rifle that is slow...
