I like the pew-pew of the scrambler, myself. I'd support adding some electrical effects to the beam, but I wouldn't GAF if they waited for a later update for that.

Why not make it a specialized nanite injector. just stab the target and they get a reduction to stamina used. This doesnt seem like something that needs to be constantly up in the middle of a fight.
