It's not really the amount of stamina that you have that determines the amount of jumping you can do. I have noticed that for every subsequent jump twice the amount of stamina is used. On my minmatar logi I can get 4 jumps out of my stamina before...

While it will be an issue with people reporting mail that shouldn't be reported it should still be available. Perhaps an email address with a mail id in that mail(this should stop many people who don't think it's serious enough to report).

Generally people suggest Crysis 3. Skyrim may push it a bit as well(with the HD texture pack). There will be some new games out in a few months that will push your hardware. You can always run 3dmark to see what that gives you.

AFKing actually is a big issue and would take time away from programmers and not the content creation team. I'm not too sure about removing AFKers killing the game. Many have stopped playing because they cannot get a full team actually playing...
