I think that CCP need to wait and see, and not base this decision on "internal testing". Commando HP has to stay unchanged. That is all.

Perhaps a 10% HP nerf on sentinels only would be in order. Commandos do not need less HP. I think their HP should be buffed by 10% actually.

Well, its obvious that the ion pistol should have higher RoF and higher DPS than the scrambler pistol. Ion pistol only has 20m range.
