Note that CCP Nullarbor had explicitly stated in public IRC that he was going to look at district locking while he was in Shanghai multiple weeks before an official forum post on it appeared. A wide variety of people were well aware it was incoming.

What you do in the game has nothing to do with you in reality.

From what i understand you most of the district lockers are generating isk at a level 4 mission runner level, its nothing obscene but will need to be filtered out once the open market comes about. Your top brass will overinflate prices just to get a few kicks, or course any eve mogul could easily put your top earners to shame in under an hour.
Margin trading in jita is good money afterall. |

Being a bad player or one not invested into DUST.... Or one that doesn't Meta game is not part of a CPM's job description.. CPM can play the game as they see fit. Thank god.
Having a CPM that is Good at DUST... is exactly the right candidate as long as that doesn't get in the way of the CPM duties that have been committed to. |

It's has nothing to do with Kanes skill at dust (which if you talked to anyone that plays with him knows his skill at actually playing Dust is, not good) It has to do with the single question does he get an unfair advantage knowing what he knows, that the rest of us do not. |

Kill the ill-thought out game mode that is only really played by a small percentage of your player base and rework it from the ground up.

Yes, the same thing exists with EVE too. Mitani or one of his surrogates is always in charge of or one of the members of the CSM.

Well, they need to start thinking about longevity and stop worrying about a small segment of their actual playerbase.
I'm curious to know just how often PC gets sustainable fresh meat that aren't alts of already active PC players.
If something isn't done to actually balance that ****, there won't be a vehicle for their "micro"transactions since the game will die.
I wonder if they'll still be happy with their "micro"transaction profits when that happens.......
