I just pulled up the dev blog and it calls Highlands a map while Boulder Rim and Spine Reactor a labelled as Battlegrounds that use the Production Facility. So I think they're different, we'll see when it comes out.

Type. So if you have two sidearms (one in light slot and on in sidearm slot) then sidearm mods affect both. Following this, if you were to put a light weapon in a heavy slot then you'd want to use a Light damage mod.
