Alright, now how do we get those people out of the redline? Push the line back? Some kind of timer? An in ability to use the weapon inside the redline? Removal of headshot bonus whilst in the redline? (If that's even possible) Range reduction is out.

The way I see it is that if the sniper gets buffed then depending on the situation I may opt for a counter-snipe rather than my usual sniper hunt. (At the moment it's rare that I do that) Is that a good thing? Or is it a bad thing? I don't know.
