i think the biggest headaches about the controls is that the sensitivity's are all related. I found my sweet spot was to maxout the DS3 sensitivity settings and drop my mouse from 90 to 70, everything got insanely better. i have yet to fiddle with...

simplest solution i see would be a 25-50% increase to fitting cost of weapons on a logi suit. this would make it much harder to fit. it would not be totaly gimped in a combat role, as a proto SMG or other secondary (maybe a shotty? not sure on the...

pretty sure there are going to be ground to orbit installations that just might be able to shoot eve players outta the sky. i imagine it would work the same way as orbitals work now, just opposite direction. eve player sends target info to Dust MC...

actually, im pretty sure 2 is greater then 1. as in the Type 1 suit only needs assault suits at 1, while the Type II needs it at 2. so yes: 2 > 1

225x1.25=281.25 2x complex shield extenders = 132 max shield you can fit on a type II suit = 413.25 add a 3rd complex on a B series 413.25+66=479.25 4th on aproto 479.25+66=545 so yes, a Proto suit, using pure proto tank, can break 500 shield ...

I agree with being able to remove the small turrets, that is fine. AI controlled turrets are not. It would make sneaking up and trying to RE/AV nade a tank pretty much impossible

yes, skills are passive. field mechanics means you now have 15% more armor then the default level on any given suit.

i would put the ROF at 250. thats 2.5 times faster then the tactical rifle, while being 1/3rd the speed of a regular AR. lower the recoil while increasing the range and damage some and i think it would be great.

Make it a contract. In eve you can set the contract to Public, Corp, Alliance (IIRC) or private. that way you can prevent the scrub from getting it if you want, or if you need em right quick post em publicly and hope your enemy doesn't yell a "LOL...

when i bust out the charge rifle and damage mods, i always aim for the logi bro. I like the farming potential of shooting the person he needled, but i prefer winning over x amount of warpoints.
