I don't think skills will matter as much. So a veteran Assault player has an extra 25% shields and armor over the newbie. On a 400 EHP suit that's an extra 100. Which is 0.25 seconds of MLT AR fire at 400 DPS. Noob or Vet if you get caught unaware...

Changed thread name to "Buff Assault Suits" because people seem to ignore any title that doesn't have the word "Assault" in it. Plus this idea does actually buff Assault suits in a roundabout way.
