I've squaded with Akrem quite a few times. One time someone accused him of using turbo on his ScR. He said he didn't, and to make a point switched to SG (which doesn't benefit much from turbo due to the low RoF). He still slayed with it of course....

In general the AR handles horribly. With the breach, CR, ACR, ScR, etc you can just hipfire in the general direction and the gun does the rest. Not so with the AR. That's what the stats don't capture.
