It's not really trademarked. I believe it came (at least with CCP) from people asking when WiS (walking in stations) will come out. CCP kept saying soon, and people made fun of it by saying SOON(tm)... And CCP kinda picked it up.

Same is happening to me. I noticed that the right side icons stay when Im kicked out of the instant battle screen. I think they go away when your out of the instant battle. Im restarting to see if that fixes it. Edit. no luck.

M/KB controls were crazy sensitive too compaired to tuesdays test. It was still under what I preferred for controls but still. Must be something wrong with all controls.
