I found this problem too. Most of the time they just sit right next to the tank you just threw them at or indeed close to the LAV that just killed you. I posted in technical/bugs but nothing happened.

Try and be a little more constructive. It doesn't look like you have any faith in CCP at all and so asking for another year isn't really a good idea. I too don't believe CCP are ready for release but they've done some good work in the last few day...
