Yes, pls fix the dmg mods, but since that effects everyone, do it in a hotfix with nothing else and see how it effects av vs vehicles. If vehicles still seem weak, then buff them and leave av alone. Don't adjust both of them at once.

I'd hope that the system takes more into account than just sp. I suck, even when I had 30 mill sp I still sucked and was still usually playing in nothing but 5k isk fits. When I finally reach 30 mill sp again, I'll still be doing the same thing.

ahh my bad, I just know I haven't changed my basic fitting since then and I can no longer do that. But I stack armor plates on my scout, so I'm a bit slower than the normal scout.

As far as I know, they are the same, just a bit harder to use depending on which youre more used to (kb/m or controller) and there are different hardcaps for different suit types. I imagine you want to return to the days where it was very apparent...

With 100% dampening and if the enemy did have anything to boost scan, then I'd imagine that you would never show up on their radar. However, since there is a module to enhance scan and a skill do to it, then 100% wont make you radar invis to those...

I'd say 9k/hr is really good for grinding if you just want to grind sp. Although, my hat tips to you because I can't stand ambush. I need an objective. A 20 min skirmish match is pretty conservative, but the ambush would still be the way to go. So...

They have said that something like a training area will be in the game eventually, but not anytime soon. They feel that they need to put alot of work into it to do it right and currently have alot on their table.
