Armour tankers are stand and deliver kind of guys, thats why they have so much more HP then shield users, who can run fast, and regen quickly, but cant tank much damage. Make the plates have higher movement speed penalty.

you can do 206% extra damage if he hit you in the back between the treads. This would one hit you if he had maxed skill and damage mods, and you had no shields or hardeners.
