I'm a Caldari scout, and i run precision mods. If someone is cloaked, but there in my precision, i can see there reticle above there head, and i can see them on the radar. Precision is the true cloak counter.

I'm using the aurum standard version, (no skills into yet) and it kicks a lot, but it's manageable for sure. I really enjoy the gun, and if the skill is broke, it will be fixed soon, just look at all the hotfixes coming today. within a week or so...
