Myofibril mods increase R3 damage. Sidearm mods increase R1 Damage. So sidearm mods are most optimal for running knives.

I figured out how to use the tables and edit them to my desire, but it will take a lot of time and work to do it right, i shall work on it when i get the chance. I plan on doing at least the Bolt Pistol.
