I did the math for cloak fitting on proto scouts: A standard cloak will take 40 CPU and 8.75 PG on a proto scout. An adv cloak will be 57.75 CPU and 12.25 PG on proto scout. A proto cloak will be 82.5 CPU and 17.5 PG on a proto scout.
