These look good, but I feel they need to be a little higher. To really make them an equipment item that is difficult to fit.

Oh well.. Btw anyone think the times are too long? I'm probably going to stick with adv cloak because 60 sec is More than enough time to get out/in.
Btw a standard cloak is going to be 40 CPU and about 9 pg on a proto scout

Minnie scout has to put a complex PG to fit it.
No matter what i think every suit is going to have to an upgrade to fit it. I'm fine with it as I have a CPU upgrade currently in one of my low slots. In the new build it'll just be swapped out for a PG upgrade.

80 sec is more than enough time to sneak into a good position, pick off 1 or two enemies, and run and hide before re cloaking.

So, if this is correct, then that means that the Gal focused scanner will be scanning at 15 dB, and in order to beat that, a Gal scout would have to equip any cloak and a comp dampener, or two comp dampeners, giving a Gal scout a profile of 14.26, and only a cloak of comp dampener to beat a focused scanner held by any other suit, for a scan profile of 18.22.
This seems fair.

I'm wondering, will it work like stamina, or will it have some kind of activation/deactivation cost. If I decloak after 20 seconds of being cloaked does that mean that I can immediately recloak to use the remaining 60 seconds.

it will work like your stamina. it'll deplete while in use and recharge while not in use. It won't be a single use then cooldown.

I spend a lot of time at the backs of large groups of reds, picking them off one at a time. Some times I spend minutes on end in the same general location, killing the ones that straggle outside the group vision. Once I am spotted usually only one or two come after me the first or second time. It is only when the group gets so pissed off at me, and decides to focus all their attention on me, or decides that that particular position is not worth dealing with me that I feel the need to move on. My intention for the cloak is to use it to be able to better bait the players that come after me, so I'll need as much as I can get.
