I've noticed something... The Lr got nerfed. During uprising, the lasers' optimals were 65-90 meters, with damage being 120% to shield, and 80% to armor. Immediately after that, at 90.5meters, damage would drop by 90% of it's optimal, 12 for shi...

I'd say give gallente amarr and minmatar a +1, because certain minmatar classes can better armor tank than shield(logi), and needing to dedicate half of your low slots to a reactive or repper is causing us to lose way too much HP

The TTK is seriously way too low. Scout frames can be hit from miles away, and still be instakilled, heavies are getting every bullet landing on them, and assaults...don't have it too bad, actually.
