Since you get more WP for rezzing someone with a miltia needle and then repping them with a milita rep tool, militia equipment will get you more WP in the end. I usually run an advanced Minmatar Logi, some complex damage mods and a charged sniper rifle. Puts hot lead downrange pretty friggin' well. Even fatty craps himself when he waddles across an open space and the first sniper round shreds his shields. Don't stop, fatty. Never stop.
