My Amarr Logi works fine with a nanohive and a rep tool. Not as well as it might once have, true, but I don't notice the range nerf, I get a bonus to uplinks and I don't ever drain a nanohive even now, so...

Nobody cares about ewar. It's cloak shotguns and light-assaults that are broken. Complain as much as you like about UP scouts, but never had another suit been able to replicate another's role without sacrifice relative to the intended suit's role.

I don't think CCP went the right way about 'nade spam anyway. I'm of the opinion that increasing cluster cost would have been more useful at restricting spam. That said though, AV nades can go to hell.
