WTH HAPPENED DURING THIS UPDATE THIS MORNING!!! I am so freaking pissed right now I don't even know, why is there always a problem with this game! Seriously, I almost pushed my freaking PlayStation out the window why are you guys so bad at this customer relations! #OMGWTF Forge Changes needed Officer Splash 3.0, Proto 2.7 Advanced 2.5 Standard 2.1. Original ROF needs to return!

You would have only paid 400k sp when the skill was marked 4x in error. This bug means you were able to proto your amarr scout AND put the remaining 4x into protoing some equipment or weapon or what ever. Now you don't have to grind to get it and you can enjoy it on installments at 0% interest.

Cool story. Also, you haven't answered any of the (MANY) posts so far asking if you skilled into the Amarr Scout and pointing out that doing so would explain it because there was a glitch. So... did you skill into Amarr Scout? Because if so, there's your problem. You trained a skill using the wrong modifier. You used less SP than you should have to get that skill to the level you reached. They didn't STEAL any SP from you, they applied it as it should have been all along. If it's something else, ANSWER THE QUESTIONS SO PEOPLE YOU'RE ASKING FOR HELP KNOW WHAT YOU NEED HELP WITH.

Ubisoft Support promise 48 hours during working days, then frequently make customers wait literally 2 weeks to a month between responses. EA Help suggest a normal resposne time of 1 week on questions and usually respond within that timeframe. when THQ were still around, they promised 48 hour turnaround and DIDN'T specify that it was only weekdays, but if you complained about the delay over a weekend, they said "it's the weekend" like you were meant to magically know. When posting a question over the weekend, I usually expect a company to NOT reply until the following week. And as mentioned, THERE IS NO GIVEN TIMEFRAME OTHER THAN "as soon as possible" FOR CCP'S SUPPORT SERVICE. Maybe if you would ANSWER THE QUESTION EVERYONE HERE HAS BEEN ASKING, we'd be more help.

I spent skillpoints on Caldari Scout and Caldari Sentinel to level 5. I log in on the 27th they are not at level 5, I have a help ticket in and waiting... You can not see my skills, there is nothing on the forums that explains this except a few other people having a similar problem. I need a Game Master to look into my ticket and fix the problem. I spent a good deal of time building up enough skillpoints and not spending any so I could skill directly into these suits. Since Uprising 1.0 I have not went proto into any suits and been saving exclusively for just these two. I have 40 million freaking skillpoints do you know how freaking hard it is to not spend them on suits! Then I finally get to spend these skillpoints and this crap happens. I am pissed beyond belief. The Senior GM offered me a DS Command Respect which makes no freaking sense because I was 100 upfront that I spent every skillpoint in DS command the way I wanted to then dumped the rest into usless skills like fitting optimization on my weapons cause I had a extra 4m skillpoints I didn't need for my plan. (Maybe a troll?) I asked for the same fix that the Amarr Scout dropsuits had or just roll back all my freaking skillpoints from the point of me skilling into Scout. Then I was told they wouldn't help me any further which is 0 help at all. The only thing I can think might of happened is I upgraded my dropsuit command form the inline skills they added in 1.8. Because the skills where bugged my skillpoints where not allocated correctly hence the ton of extra sp left over.
