It's hardly a secret.... FWIW, I like the BuAR for shield tanked or dual tanked suits, but it really falls short on armor based tanks like Am Assault, Gal Assault, or most Heavies. For that I'll stick with my ARR.

Agreed 100%. It gives you about 5 seconds spawn advantage. Beyond that.... I've really struggled to see any performance gain.

I noticed the same bug few weeks ago. I filed a ticket to have them tell me it was working correctly. However, I saw precisely what you saw.... Bought it multiple times, it subtracted the AUR, but I did not receive the SP.
