I agree. With the assault changes, I'm hoping balance gets even better. My only complaint is hit detection -- which still seems a bit off to me, particularly for fast-moving targets.

A few ideas.... Out DPS them with two heavies. Dropship. Get them looking one way with a feint, then flank or get behind them. Outnumber them. A well placed orbital/warbarge strike.
