I think part of the problem with vehicles is that they can be down to 1 health point and still perform perfectly. Vehicles should have minor damage induced breakdowns, although I don't expect anyone to stop and try to change a tire on their busted...

Payouts don't encourage using good gear. Being non-reviveable due to headshots/ explosive damage also discourages expensive gear. Price scaling between starting gear and proto is horrible. And nobody enjoys a game where the opposing team stays ...
