i agree proxy mines are underwhelming. Never got to try the proto ones though. Still they should be very powerfull but have some activation delay so that they cant be used as "rush the tank, drop the mine, boom" equipment style.

I could live with the 1 pg less per level for fitting optimisation. But that won't fit every weapons. And some would reach 0 PG. Got to be carefull there.
