Just another SP sink. I'm not quite sure what -5% dispersion is supposed to do anyways, the AR is a pretty much a laser in terms of bullet spread, and there is already a skill for kick.

Honestly, it should be the scout that gets 2x Equipment now, have you seen the scout suit? I feel rediculously sorry for those guys, its too bad they don't have as vocal members as the heavy community because IMO they are in desperate need of a buff.
