Not saying that having three (four if you count crouch) movement modes is bad, but the current default move mode IS running , and the alternative is sprint. Dust soldiers won't resort to just walk.

Incapping counts as a kill for most statistical purposes. Being down is a logical opposite to that. BTW I too agree that finishing a bleeder should grant some minimal WP.
