I want to try a lot of the current passive modules as active modules to see if they would work, or cause balance issues. Armor repair module for example, and with the cool yellow glowing pattern (the one from vehicle repairs) appearing on me also.

I don't see this scenario as a problem, and I think we should be able to own planets without limit, though there could be a mechanic making it harder to maintain control of planets the more planets you have.

I don't think this is a good idea considering its so central to the game, would probably cause a lot of chaos and lots of rebalancing. I did wonder though what it would be like if there were no skills, and only ISK.
