Increase the RR kick by 10% and give the Cal assault a 5 percent kick reduction per level. It's rediculous that the RR is the only racial rifle to perform the same on the suit it's designed for as on all other suits.

Even on the armor scouts my viziam works fine. Now on armor mediums it's not that great. Working as intended since it's a anti shield weapon. I'm one of the few that often uses the Viziam ScR in PC, just know who to engage when and you'll be fine.
