If you want to take advantage of aim assist you don't have to let go of the right stick. Just neutral position and use strafing to stay in the general area. Then hip fire for lols. AA in this game makes hip firing better than ads in most situation...

Assault is the area between commandos and Logis. Less HP than Coms but more speed, More HP than logis but less speed. You can pick the suit that matches the HP/Speed ratio you want.

Amazing sidearm thanks to aim assist. Almost always lands its shot in hipfire. Stops shotgun scouts all day. Almost never lands its shot (strafing +hit detection) when ADS, therefore without aim assist easily a terrible sidearm. Still weaker than...
