The LAV in particular and ground vehicles in general currently can't sharp turn (stick at 3 or 9 o'clock) without stopping. This needs a new control scheme. Weight/mass.

On IRC CCP said they are working on building a dynamics "safe bubble" zone where people could spawn in. This sould be recalculated for each spawn according to enemy locations. So guys, it's being worked on. Your complaints have been logged.
