TTK is op. While yes, if you look at the killfeed of, say, a PC match, all you'll find are CRs and RRs ... they are fotm you cant deny it but honestly I religiously use the ScR and it does kill people way too fast if used correctly.

they should perform a much more general role. As it stands base frames are simply more expensive assault/heavy/scout suits with no bonuses and a lower skill modifier.

the bonus definitely looks lackluster but if they buff it they have to be careful not to make the amarr scout a bunnyhopping suit. Lots of people are mentioning running distance but don't forget stamina is used for hopping as well.
