Bug still there . Switch your passive sp to another character slot and switch back and it should clear up . You'd be able to tell the difference.

How new are you ? For new guy I always suggest focusing on the core skills ( weaponry , field mech, circuitry , engineering) first . A decent core will help you in any path you eventually want to take

yeah it's annoying ... one easier way to do it is to switch out the problem ..... restock then switch it back in . But yeah they should bring back the old restock method as an option .
