Interesting. This may explain what happened to me the day before the uprising respec. I upgraded a skill and didn't receive it, but didn't look into it, just turned the game off, then the next day I had a respec so was none the wiser.

After attaching it to your preferred character, you have to open the NEOCOM and go into CHARACTER > AUGMENTATIONS. From there you can load any 1 active booster and 1 passive booster at a time (there is one slot for each). Hope this helps.
