Yes, there is a very simple way for vets to get into lower tier matches, and for noobs to get into higher tier matches. Sidenote: I also believe the bar for the higher tier is not set high enough.

As stated many many times before, selecting all 4 factions (default for noobs) will land you in Amarr since there are so many queueing for Minmatar all the time. Hence all the noobs in AFW. Another needless thread.
