The following is a copy/paste of an email I just got through sending to "support@dust514".
"I spent 174,120 skill points to purchase the "Dropsuit Shield Upgrades" skill (LV4). The 174,120 skill points was subtracted from my unallocated skill points but I was not awarded the level 4 skill. Instead I am still at level 3 for this skill. Initially, when I purchased the skill, it awarded the LV4 skill, but when I went to make sure that the effect of the skill had been aplyed ("+5% to dropsuit maximum shield per level") the effect had not been aplyed. So, I exited out of dust to the PS home screen and then logged back on to dust, to see if that would fix it, unfortunatly, it did not. When I logged back onto dust and checked the skill, the skill had been set back down to level 3.
I need to have this fixed ASAP. Please put the "Dropsuit Shield Upgrades" skill, for this character to level 4, or refund the 174,120 SP I lost due to this faulty transaction." |

Update:
I have tracked down were the skill level was actually aplyed to. It was aplyed to the "Sidearm Operations" skill. This was not a mistake on my part. I distinctly remember switching between "Dropsuit Shield Upgrades" and "Dropsuit Armor Upgrades" (because they were both LV 3 and i am Amarr assault) before actually picking "Dropsuit Shield Upgrades". Apparently "Sidearm Operations" was also LV3 and is now LV4.
I do not know the cause of this, but I do know that it is due to no fault of my own. Please fix this ASAP. |

Interesting. This may explain what happened to me the day before the uprising respec. I upgraded a skill and didn't receive it, but didn't look into it, just turned the game off, then the next day I had a respec so was none the wiser. |
