It's ridiculous trying to pick out a squad mate amongst all the blueberries when trying to assign defend / rally orders as squad leader.
It must be a simple change to make the squad colour a darker green or even a totally different colour?
Anyone else agree.

I agree. I understand the teal green cuase it's close to blue, but yellow would work. Everyone understands that blue is team-mate and red is enemy, so any other colour under the sun that isn't red or blue will work. |

I agree, the colours seem much closer visually than they did before, very hard to differentiate.
I suggest Purple as it is still similar to blue. In Eve Purple is used for people in the same fleet. |

This has always annoyed me. It's like making the distinction between red and magenta, and when they're all grouped together, it can be hell trying to find your mates.
I also think maybe, if not a color change, then at least a marker change, maybe both. So that you really know where your squad is. |

Glad some people agree on this.
I was going to go so far as asking for a player name pop up when hovering over the dot. But figured that would be too much work.
Where as I imagine a colour change would mean changing a simple code. |

try being color blind, both green and blue are virtually the same for me. If blue was dark blue, green stayed the same it would be 100% better for me. |

I requested this back in the closed beta. I have gotten used to it now and can usually pick out my squad but I do agree the colors are way too similar. |

I'd vouch for Purple.
Also, since Doshneil Antaro has brought to my attention about colorblind players, what about an option to change UI to a colorblind screen. They can confirm something like this in WoW. What about CoD or BF, didn't they have something like this as well? |

I believe BF3 had such a thing as a colour blind screen. Only from vague memory though, can anyone confirm? |
