IMHO there was never that much a problem with proto scouts because they get the extra fittings room and particularly the gallente get 4 low slots. My problem was always with the advanced suit because you can't fit any tank on it and even using 2x ...

lol OP doesn't realise that promo vids are not always representative of actual gameplay. Ever noticed that small print at the bottom of many many TV ads for games? It says "Not actual gameplay footage".
