As a kb/m player I can tell you for certain that what you experienced in that fight was indeed lag. If the player was just strafing you would see them move from point a to b, however this player iinstantly changed location without any travel time....

Every game i've played today I see blue dogs all huddled together on the other side of the map not moving and way out of sniper range. Either some people decided AFK ambush was a good idea, or people are just too afraid to go find the enemy now so...

half n half it. 2 Shield extenders and 1 basic plate. Once we get skills to deal with the massive speed penalty then you can go more into armor. Until then armor tanked assaults are nothing more than slow easy targets.
