Yesterday I saw a heavy shotgunner. Needless to say he was pretty easy bait. I do miss the pre-uprising triage scouts. Sacrificed a sidearm to get 1 extra equipment spot, did the speedy revivals and healing without infringing on Logi territory.

You can only buy the scrambler rifles with real money. A sniper rifle can cost $5 and you die once and it's gone. Picking your dropsuit and fitting mean nothing, they all play out the same. This guy needs to respec into Level 5 reviewing.

They never said respecs would be given exactly when the skill tree updates, but yeah I can see how some may of jumped to conclusions. Also something to note is respecs will only be given out during down time.

Just to add onto Sontie's statement, I use a scout without any additional armor or shields and do just fine (but because I max out my passive scanning range so I can always get the edge). If you do want to max out shields on a scout go for the Min...
